Jennifer Wynne Webber enters the stage to speak and read from her upcoming novel “With Glowing Hearts,” which is the rousing true story of a group of hard rock miners’ wives who came together in 1941 to stand up for better conditions for their families. They became the heart and soul of a union movement that ultimately changed their lives — and the world. Jennifer is currently at work developing new plays as well as projects for film and television. She will be joined by three outstanding creative writing student who will read from new projects. The evening will end with a brief Q&A facilitated by VIU professor Frank Moher.
