Come out to join the fun! Starting at 10:30 AM on Friday July 1 with the opening of Canada Day and recognition ceremony the day has just begun. There will be a Logger Sports demonstration to give everyone a taste of the activities that will continue on Saturday July 2, 2016.

10:30 AM Parade, from the Community Hall to the Harbour & Info Centre
11 :00 AM Raise Flag – Oh Canada
11 :30 AM Dedication of town clock, speeches honouring Gerry Furney
Noon Barbecue hosted by Legion
1 :00 PM Sign up for kids shuttled to Airport for airplane rides; Farmers Market; Museum open for slide show
2:00 PM Scavenger Hunt for kids hosted by the Orca Fest Events Committee
3:00 PM Loggers Sports elimination event on Beach Drive
Evening Movie and Music hosted by GateHouse
Saturday July 2
7 AM -10 AM Pancake Breakfast hosted by Mayor &Council
10:00 AM Loggers Sports all day
11 :30 AM Sign up for kids to ride with Dragon Boat team; Museum open for slide show; Marine Harvest Salmon Barbecue hosted by Curling Club
1 PM – 3 PM Free swim
