In addition to the usual cocktails, mocktails & nibblies, Char's is serving hot mulled wine to keep you warm after braving the weather while checking out the children's choir and bands and festivities down Argyle this evening. 5:30-8pm Kingsway Crossing's Light Up the Night 6:00-9pm Harbour Quay Tree Light-Up 7:00-10pm R.A.D. Grant Awards @ Capitol Theatre
