The 24th Annual Polar Bear Splash is Wednesday, January 1, 2014, 12 noon at Parksville Beach. A great way to start the New Year, you are welcome to come as a participant, spectator or volunteer. Register onsite at 11:30 am, this is a free event. Phone RDN, Recreation and Parks 250-752-5014.
