Polar Bear Splash The 27th Annual Polar Bear Splash is Sunday, January 1, 2017, 12 noon at Parksville Beach. A great way to start the New Year, you are welcome to come as a participant, spectator or volunteer. Register onsite at 11:30 am. This is a free event.
