Poets on Campus presents Susan Juby

Join us Monday September 20th at 4:00 p.m. in the Library Writing Centre to hear stimulating Canadian author, Susan Juby.
Currently a VIU creative writing instructor, Susan Juby is well known for her versatile and wonderfully comedic writing. Her books have been published all over the world and her Alice MacLeod trilogy was adapted into a thirteen part television series called Alice, I Think that aired on CTV and the Comedy Network. Her memoir, Nice Recovery (Viking), was published in 2010 and called �quite simply, an inspiration� in the Globe and Mail.
Juby�s work has been nominated for many awards including the Amazon/Books in Canada First Novel Award and the Stephen Leacock Award for Humour. Several of her books have been chosen as Best Books for Young Adults by the American Library Association.
Following the reading there will be cookies, coffee and conversation. Admission is by donation. Everyone is welcome!
