Poetry Book Launch at Bolen Books

Join host Yvonne Blomer, Victoria's Poet Laureate for an evening of poetry as visiting and local poets launch their new books, including Jim Johnstone, Shane Neilson, Joe Denham and Cornelia Hoogland. The authors will read from their work followed by a Q&A. Cornelia Hoogland will launch her long poem Trailer Park Elegy, (Harbour Publishing, 2017), while Governor Generals' Award nominated poet Joe Denham releases his follow up to Windstorm with Landfall. Jim Johnstone, a poet from Toronto, releases The Chemical Life, and finally Shane Neilson will read from Dysphoria.
Come enjoy a lively evening of poetry, buy a book and get it signed. Refreshments served.
