Plein Air Painting Basics

Painting plein air is a challenge. Interpreting what we experience out of doors onto a canvas in a limited time can be daunting to both the experienced and beginning painter. This two day workshop will provide the nuts and bolts of plein air painting plus introduce the many approaches available to start painting out of doors.
Handouts and exercise material provided. Bring an easel, small canvases (8x10, 9x12), limited palette (one red, one blue and one yellow) plus white and your favourite brushes.
