PIGS: Canada’s Most Authentic Pink Floyd Tribute Band is bringing their critically acclaimed show to Vancouver Island in October. Recently returned from a highly successful tour of BC’s major cities, PIGS is returning to their roots with a new show, Inside & Out, which will feature classics like One of These Days and Fat Old Sun, hits like Another Brick and Comfortably Numb, modern-day masterpieces like Coming Back to Life and High Hopes, and – for the first time ever – a few selections from Floydian solo records, including songs from David Gilmour’s Rattle That Lock, Roger Waters’ Pros and Cons of Hitchhiking, and Richard Wright’s Broken China! PIGS offer audiences a spectacular light show, a giant circular screen with amazing projected visuals, and an utterly authentic live sound that comes together to recreate the experience of seeing Pink Floyd live in the 1970s. PIGS claim to fame is their authenticity, and they carefully recreate the Pink Floyd sound with authentic gear and accurate live renditions of the songs.

Every last detail of the look, sound and feel of Pink Floyd’s classic era is meticulously worked out and perfected and each band member fully assumes the role of their Floyd counterpart. For the last eight years PIGS have been amazing audiences with their dynamic re-creation of one of the world’s favourite rock groups.
