At Photography Unleashed, you'll have the opportunity to get re-acquainted with your camera equipment, find inspiration, kick start your creativity and have fun!
Led by Vancouver Island photographer Mark Corbett, this hands-on workshop takes place in the beautiful Main Gallery at Nanaimo Museum. Set among historic artifacts and community treasures, you’ll learn the most important buttons and settings to use, the nuances of exposure, lighting and composition as well as many practical tips and hacks to enhance your photography experience.
Following the indoor workshop, Mark will lead a tour of the harbour where there are countless opportunities to apply your skills and learn more about the city’s colourful past. This workshop is designed as a refresher course and for those just starting out. The style or brand of the digital camera you bring doesn’t matter as long as you can access manual settings.
