George is the inventor of the alphabet, the wheel, and the multiplication tables � he�s the pick of the human race! But can the family survive the ravages of ice ages, global warming, storms, floods, depressions and war? Absurdly funny and very profound, this 1943 Pulitzer Prize-winning satire from the author of Our Town takes us on a wild and raucous tour through the ages.
