Has a volunteer or co-worker’s personality caused conflict or frustration for you or your organization? In this workshop we will explore how personality type affects our relationships. We will learn about our personality types using Just My Type; a fun, revealing card game based on Jung’s theory of personality types. We will discover the 4 personality dimensions: Extraversion/Introversion, Sensing/Intuition, Thinking/Feeling, and Judging/Perceiving. Using our knowledge about personalities, participants will explore how we can use personality theory to create supportive volunteer programs and how to apply our new knowledge in our work places and personal relationships.
Learning objectives include:
Participants will gain a greater understanding of personality and how our traits can cause conflict or frustration and how to harness our personalities to create supportive work places and volunteer programs.
