Yvonne’s 30 years of experience in social work and as an artist has combined to produce an exciting hybrid outcome within her art.

Utilizing her projects with schools in the community as a jumping off point, her latest series of loose, painterly portraits capture the essence of each child while leaving room for a multitude of interpretations. She has also been working on a larger scale placing the figure in resonant environments where rich narratives unfold.
