Your ongoing support is very important to our event as the BC WALKS for ALS are the biggest fund raising event for the ALS Society of BC. We are proud of the fact that all the money raised is used to fund research and to provide support and equipment for people diagnosed with this devastating disease. Last year with your help, we raised close to $50,000. This year our goal is to raise $55,000, your help will ensure that we reach this goal.

This year's Victoria Peoples Drug Mart WALK for ALS is being held on Sunday, September 14th at the University of Victoria, Parking Lot 6. Throughout the morning you will be able to enjoy some wonderful guest speakers, children�s entertainment, live music, prizes, a silent auction and tasty treats all organized by our amazing team of local volunteers. You will also be joining together with other families, volunteers, sponsors and teams to make a significant impact on the lives of many local families struggling daily with ALS.

Sunday, September 14th promises to be an enjoyable family friendly event. Come join us for a fun-filled morning; walk, run, ride, or wheel your way around the beautiful UVic campus and then stay and enjoy the music, food, family entertainment and prize draws. Get together with your family and friends and form a team and share the fun! We look forward to seeing you all there!
