Oct. 6:  Lust Life - Led by trumpeter Bryn Badel and featuring some of the top players in Canada, this band does it all in style:  swing, ballads, latin, blues and even a few pop standards.  

Oct. 13:  Astrid Lyre Trio - With a straight ahead no-holds-barred approach to guitar soloing, Astrid plays tunes with intensity reminiscent of John McLaughlin, Al Dimeola and John Schofield.

Oct.20:  Kim Greenwood Quartet - Singer for the Commodores Big Band, Kim appears this time backed by a trio of some of Victoria's best musicians presenting "It's All About the Verse."

Oct. 27:  The NMA Big Band - With great arrangements and terrific players, this band is a perennial club fave and always packs the place.  Get your reservation in early for this show!  $20 at the door 

Nov. 3:  Alex Coleman  -  Back in Nanimo after many years on the Toronto jazz scene, bassist Coleman has formed a quartet featuring renowned saz player Ryan Oliver for an afternoon of hard bop. 

Nov. 10:  Capital City Syncopators - Journey back to the Prohibition era with this great band and relive the era of hustlers, gangsters and flappers dancing to the sound of jazz played in the speakeasies.  

Nov. 17:  Edie Daponte - Backed by a trio of Victoria's finest musicians, the ever popular Daponte returns showcasing the great vocalists of the 20th century.  Always a hit, so reservations are a must. 

Nov. 24:  Nick Maclean Quartet - On tour from Toronto, pianist Maclean features red hot trumpet player Brownman Ali who was such a standout in the Socialist Night School Big Band 18 months ago.  

Dec. 1:   Andrea Superstein - Featuring songs from her album Worlds Apart  Superstein fuses jazz, pop and indie sounds into her own reimagined sound of jazz. 

Dec. 8:  Swiftsure Big Band - From Victoria and making a first appearance at the club! Seventeen pieces of swinging instrumentation brings back the glorious music of the 30' & 40's. $20 at the door.

Dec. 15:  The Palace Band - Dockside Drive is unable to appear, so The Palace Band is stepping in. Drawing inspiration from the music of the 20's and 30's, this swinging 6 piece plays music guaranteed to get toes tapping. Put on those dancing shoes and join us for a great afternoon.
