Help us put our orchard to bed for the winter season. We'll be tucking our trees in with about 18 yards of mulch material, so are calling all wheelbarrow wizards to join us in making sure each tree gets a nice warm blanket. Mulching our trees helps keep down weeds, preserve moisture in the summer and support the microbiology of our soil. If time and materials allow, we may also engage in a little strategic sheet mulching for future planting sites!
