Lovely Lichen! Please join TLC on a walk with Juliet Pendray through the Packford Covenant in Sooke to talk about, examine and enjoy the intricate and amazing lichens living in this place. We will talk about what they are, what they are doing and why.
Juliet Pendray is an avid naturalist, acquiring and sharing knowledge about coastal B.C. life forms and their ecology for the past 14 years, with a particular focus on fungi and associated organisms.
Registration required.
This walk will require moderate hiking abilities. Please remember your water, snacks and appropriate footwear.
