Palm Court: Canadian Impressions

The April concert Canadian Impressions features light music by Canadian composers. It will include pieces by Toronto's Robert Farnon, Quebec's Marc Fortier, Winnipeg's Victor Davies and Vancouver's Michael Conway Baker. Our soloist will be cellist Pamela Highbaugh Aloni from UVic’s Lafayette Quartet. She will be featured in music by Jacques Offenbach, Gabriel Faure, W. H. Squire, David Popper and Victor Herbert. Also special will be a first performance of "Message to Home". written by Victoria musician Mark Reed.
