Painting: The Flower as Art

This painting course will concentrate on the flower to inspire a range of painting projects that vary from direct observation to abstraction. Students will be encouraged to take a contemporary approach in developing a personal and imaginative response to the subject of the flower. Examples of the work of contemporary painters will be shown for inspiration. Some painting experience recommended.
