With many shops getting into the spirit by creating fun prizes and discounts to encourage shoppers to come out even when the weather is bad. The “Glow” from the open late shop participants aids in the ambience of the Ganges. After you shop unwind and take in the excitement at the 4th annual Glowtini contest.
