At the North Pole, we believe that Christmas is about more than just presents. (Ok, presents are important, too!)

The experience of Christmas can last a lifetime, and we hope that every interaction will create new Christmas ambassadors, who will go on for their entire lives to spread the joy of the Spirit of Christmas.

The "Premium Visit" includes:

* Two special preview videos sent to your family in the days and hours before the visit, inviting you to chat. This prepares children, gets them accustomed to seeing Santa in this way, and generates excitement about the upcoming visit.

* An in person video visit with Santa, who is highly interested in learning about what is new this year, the children's opinions about some highly important matters (such as which is the best kind of cookie), and most importantly what kind of toys the children like. * An edited souvenir video featuring highlights of the visit, for you to share with family and friends as you choose. (This usually will arrive within 24 hours of your visit, but please allow for 48 hours).

Additional interactions with Santa both before and after the visit in our private Facebook Group and YouTube Channel.

This final item (additional interactions) is a valuable addition to the experience of visiting with Santa, and is also available to anyone even without a video package. Please stop by! Santa is often around, leaving comments, posts, and even leaves video messages! We do request that if you learn anything there about the North Pole, please keep it a secret - it's classified!
