A quirky documentary about a brick maker in Uganda, Isaac Nabwana, who becomes an Internet sensation when he tries his hand at making action movies. He’s magnificently off-message – no dark or dour subject matter for him – and he's much sharper than people expect. Meanwhile, he has a production team building a helicopter out of scrap and a sizeable team of Waka Starz – young children in training to become the filmmakers and actors of the future.
