Come and enjoy family entertainment, interactive activities, tasty food, sandcastle competition and quality family time!

We strive to have Field Activites available for ages 2-15 years of age, note age limits on activities prior to lining up.

To play on any of the field activities, a $5 wristband for each person participating must be purchased first, from the information/wristband sales tent. The wristband allows you to 'PLAY ALL DAY' on any of the activities.

Don't forget to sign-up your child for the QF Children's Sandcastle Competition, located right next to KidFest along the Parksville Beach at the Parksville Community Park!
Registration is between 9:00 am - 10:45 am on Sunday, August 20th, 2017. Enter as an individual or as a group. All contestants who register receive a QF goody bag!

Unfortunately KidFest is not pet friendly. There are large crowds of people, with the majority of them being yourg children. It may seem obvious that pets shouldn't be left in cars, even for short periods of time yet the SPCA and RCMP are still called out to rescue pets from vehicles.

Many of the activities and entertainment will involve children and their families to be sitting on the ground where it is easy for leashes and pets to cause preventable circumstances. (ie: tripping hazards, leashes tangled, food scavenging, etc.)

Please plan ahead and leave your pets at home where you can be assured they will be cool and comfortable. KidFest and your pets thank you for your cooperation.
