The Nanaimo Science and Sustainability Society (NS3)'s hands-on Science Studio is open for drop-ins during winter break! Stop by December 27th from 10:00am to noon or December 28th 1:00-3:00pm!
Children can explore the many features of the Science Studio including: making boats for the water table, building KEVA block towers, designing marble wall tracks and pulleys, discovering the force of air in the air field, creating flying creations to test in the wind tunnel and variety of exciting science experiments.
Children are $5 (adults free). Stop by for some family fun! All ages welcome. No preregistration necessary. You can also purchase a drop-in pass for 10 visits for $40!

Check out our regular drop-in times Thursdays and Saturdays from 10:00am to noon and our Evening Drop-Ins the third Wednesday of the month from 5:30-7:30pm!
