The Nanaimo Science and Sustainability Society (NS3)'s hands-on Science Studio is open for drop-ins Thursdays and Saturdays from 10:00-12:00pm for scientists big and small to explore at their leisure.
Children can explore the many features of the Science Studio including: building KEVA block towers, designing marble wall tracks and pulleys, discovering the force of air in the air field, creating flying creations to test in the wind tunnel, and variety of exciting science experiments.
Children are $5 (adults free). Stop by for some family fun! All ages welcome. No preregistration necessary. You can also purchase a drop-in pass for 10 visits for $40!
