Children who are eager to advance in music education and vocal training learn to sing their hearts out as members of the award-winning Victoria Children's Choir.

The Choir is accepting new members (ages 8-15) for an exciting 14th season of:

- singing unique, beautiful songs by famous composers.
- performing diverse music with professional artists.
- developing talents through advanced mentorship.
- attending fun camps, tours, and social events.

The Victoria Children's Choir is not your everyday singing ensemble or glee club. They reach beyond the basic choral experience to teach a variety of classic masterpieces and contemporary arrangements that raise vocal technique to an international-performance level.

In rehearsals, our Artistic Director and Music Director balance a formal structure of music instruction with a sense of playfulness that encourages Choristers love for music and instills an understanding of challenging compositions. Each child's singing and performance abilities grow, along with his/her confidence, and appreciation for musical arts.

AUDITION DAY.
During auditions, potential members meet the artistic team to evaluate whether the Victoria Children's Choir program is the best place for a singer to get the most from his/her talents. Every Chorister receives a private evaluation. Families can use this time to ask questions of Directors, employees, and other parent representatives.

Potential new Choristers should come prepared with: a favourite song to perform, a recent head shot or photograph, and their enthusiasm!
