Probus Canada is an Association of active retirees who join together in clubs. There are 237 active Probus clubs in Canada. Our club, Northwest Bay Probus Club offers opportunities for retirees of all ages - men, women, singles, and couples who appreciate opportunities to meet others, hear guest speakers on topical subjects, and visit places or attend events of specific appeal to members.

The Northwest Bay Probus club is non-political, non-sectarian, and shall not be, or appear to be, a fund-raising or a service club. The activities of the club are solely towards acquaintance and fellowship within the membership.

The club meets on the first Friday of every month at 9.15 am in St Mary’s Anglican Church Hall, 2600 Powder Point Road, Nanoose Bay. Monthly meetings are held with an interesting guest speaker followed by a coffee social. We also feature two unique events a year - a wonderful summer BBQ and an annual Christmas social. If you are an active retiree, or no longer working full time, you may like to join Northwest Bay Probus club for fun, friendship, and for fresh ideas to enrich and fulfill your retirement life.
