Kevin will not only regale you with fascinating stories about Newcastle Island's colourful history (think former First Nations villages, sandstone quarry and herring fishery), we'll also be searching for some of the area's most beautiful avian species and other island critters in the woods and along the beaches. Bring your camera!
Tour includes the ferry ride to and from Newcastle Island. Meet at the Nanaimo Harbour Ferry dock in Maffeo Sutton Park at 5:45 pm.
