New Year's Eve at the Hub

Barely North Entertainment is excited to ring in the New Year with the all-star band CARAVAN, ft. Daniel Lapp, Marc Atkinson, Scott White, and Brett Martens, for a family-friendly night of dancing and celebrating the last hours of the decade and the build up for 2020! Join us at the Hub at Cowichan Station starting at 8:00pm. We will have food, refreshments, and libations!

Daniel Lapp and Marc Atkinson promise a night of amazing music where various genres will intermingle and dance with daring energy and joyous abandon. Lapp has achieved global renown for his fiddle and trumpet playing, and has appeared with everyone from Elvis Costello to Rickie Lee Jones. For all of that, he spends a lot of time nurturing local fiddle talent via the BC Fiddle Orchestra. And then there’s guitarist extraor- dinaire Atkinson, who is almost without equal for his blazing fretboard technique and superbly inventive musicality. Rounding out this acoustic supergroup are longtime associates Nick Mintenko on bass and Brett Martens on guitar.
