The Negroni – an iconic mix of Campari, gin and red vermouth - will be the star of the menu at Clive's while a gift shop is open to patrons for a chance to walk away with Campari merchandise like vintage artwork prints. Items are available for purchase throughout the week, with all proceeds going to charity.
Negroni Week is a week-long charitable initiative taking place across Canada that brings bars, restaurants and cocktail fans together through the popular Negroni cocktail. A portion of proceeds from every Negroni purchased at participating venues will go to charity. Since 2013, Negroni Week has raised over $2 million! Negroni lovers can go to www.negroniweek.com to check out more participating venues within their city.
