Nature of Island Artists Art Show

Close to 100 local artists including Mark Hobson, Sue Coleman, Morgan Warren, Robert Bateman, Joanne Thomson and many, many others participate in the Nature of Island Artists Art Show. Through their work, these artists reveal to us some of the beauty and mystery of our local landscapes and bring us to a fuller understanding of how protected areas benefit us all in so many ways.
The Nature of Island Artists Art Show is a fundraiser that helps to fund nature programs for children in the park during the annual Salmon Run. All of the pieces are for sale. There are also hundreds of smaller gift shop items including block prints, art cards and other smaller art pieces by participating artists. All purchases and donations go toward our fundraising campaign for school programs during the salmon run.
Throughout the art show, artists will be on site demonstrating their skills. Be sure to vote for the people’s choice award. .
