NATURAL HISTORY NIGHT Documenting Environmental Change with the Local Environmental Observer (LEO) Network The myriad manifestations of global environmental change are tending to outpace institutional abilities to document these changes. Citizen science approaches are rapidly gaining capacity. The resurgence of interest in natural history could play a crucial role in understanding and adapting to this rapid environmental change. Adjunct Professor of Environmental Studies Tom Okey will invite us to learn about, engage, and participate in the Local Environmental Observer (LEO) Network. LEO can be explored at leonetwork.org.
