The Nanaimo Volunteer Fair will be held on Friday, April 10th, 2015 and will kick-off National Volunteer Appreciation Week -April 12-18th, 2015 (www.volunteer.ca/nvw2015).
This event will be held at Woodgrove Centre from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.
This volunteer fair is being organized as a community project by a team of participants in the Leadership Vancouver Island course (www.leadershipvi.com) in conjunction with our community partner, Volunteer Nanaimo (www.volunteernanaimo....ca).
Up to 36 local non profit organizations will be in attendance. Participating organizations will be updated soon. The LVI group, Team Nanaimo Volunteer Fair will be working with Volunteer Nanaimo to feature a broad range of organizations targeting a cross-section of interests.
This volunteer fair is open to everyone and has no fees / costs.
Door prizes will be available for those that complete and hand in the Event Passport.
