What�s a tweetup? It�s a meet-up of Twitter users (open to anyone-not just twitter users). Most users of twitter meet and have contact with each other only in the online world. Tweetups allow Twitter users, or tweeters, to make face to face connections with friends they have never met. Many twitter users who have made online contact through a common interest become good off-line friends. Tweetups are a great place to socialise, have fun and to make new friends. The venue changes with each tweetup, space being provided by local businesses.

This will be Nanaimo�s 4th tweetup and promises to be one of the biggest yet. Reservations are growing daily on our online RSVP site. Food will be donated by local businesses that are on Twitter. Lots of other businesses are donating prizes for the free draw. This is a FREE event. Admission, food and entry into the drawings are at no charge to the guests. It�s a great opportunity to meet some really interesting people. This event is being organized by Dr. Jason Hare of Pure Chiropractic.
