Nanaimo Spoken Word Performances: Saturday, July 16, 2016 1-3 pm
Three spoken word performers will present their work at The Vault Cafe, 499 Wallace Street on July 16th from 1-3 pm:
Ian Ferrier is one of the core writer/performers in the North American performance literature scene. His work is known across Canada, in New York and in Europe.
Alessandra Naccarato is a writer, performer and teacher based on Salt Spring Island, BC. Winner of multiple awards, she has toured nationally and internationally as a spoken word artist.
David Fraser is a poet, spoken-word performer, publisher and editor. He lives in Nanoose Bay on Vancouver Island. His work has appeared in many anthologies. He has published six collections of poetry.
