Mark your calendars The Nanaimo Horticultural Society features West Coast Gardening and Insect/Disease Guru Author and sought after Speaker Linda Gilkeson. Her latest book Backyard Bounty: The complete Guide to year-Round Organic Gardening in the Pacific Northwest has become a BC best seller. Linda has a Ph.D. in entomology and has worked for the provincial government promoting programs to reduce and eliminate pesticide use.
The meeting takes place on Wednesday May 14th at 7pm at Brechin United Church 1998 Estevan at Brechin Road . Everyone welcome, $5 drop in for this event.
