Have fun learning about gardening through presentations and displays & meet other keen gardeners. There are raffles, often for plants brought by members, and a Parlour Show where flowers, fruit and vegetables are judged. Members open their lovely gardens to other members, which is often an inspiration to gardeners young and old. We also organize tours away from Nanaimo to private gardens and nurseries. Connie Kuramoto will discuss Easy Veggies for Small Spaces in Feb and Colin Bartlett will talk about Backyard Birds in March.
