Have fun learning about gardening through presentations and displays & meet other keen gardeners. There are raffles, often for plants brought by members, and a Parlour Show where flowers, fruit and vegetables are judged. Members open their lovely gardens to other members, which is often an inspiration to gardeners young and old. We also organize tours away from Nanaimo to private gardens and nurseries. Bob Duncan will talk about fruit trees in Oct and Jo Canning will discuss composting in Nov..
