The Nanaimo Fringe Festival will be kicking off their annual theatre festival with 56 shows split between the Port Theatre, Harbour City Theatre and Vancouver Island Conference Centre.  International and local theatre companies will be showcasing their new scripts, comedies and edgy material on our stages.

Shows include 4 Storytellers... 7 Stories!, Words, Shawnologue, Jukebox Drive, Terror on the High Seas, 'Tween Earth and Sky, My Stroke of Luck, Mr. Flubbers' Undead Legions, Berlin Waltz, Beaver Dreams.

Festival goers need a membership button and a ticket or pass to see a Fringe show. Buttons are available at the door, cost $5 and are valid all festival long.

Festival Passes can be purchased while supplies last in-person at the Port Theatre's box office, at Fascinating Rhythm (51 Commercial Street, Nanaimo) and at the door during the festival. Festival Passes are good for 5 shows and only cost $40.

Tickets for individual shows cost $12 and can be purchased in advance at the Port Theatre's Box Office (125 Front Street), at the door starting 30 minutes prior to that show or on-line at http://www.porttheatre.com/events/aug-2017/nanaimo-fringe-festival/
