June 3rd: 1PM - (Pilot Seminar & Welcome BBQ) June 4th: 11AM-5PM (Public Events - carshow & airshow, vendors, etc.) June 4th: 5PM (Pig Roast Dinner & Dance) June 5th: 8AM - 2PM (Farewell Breakfast) Lunch available after 11am.

FRIDAY - Pilot recurrency seminar & welcome BBQ for visiting pilots. No Charge but pre-registration required.

SATURDAY - Public event. Airshow, carshow, pilot competitions (flour bombing & spot landing) open to all aircraft including ultralights, vendor tables available, childrens events, information kiosks highlighting careers, recreational flying & related activities, low and no-cost opportunities for children & youth interested in flying. Fabulous door prizes. Steve Marshall Ford events cruiser is also attending.

Cottonwood Golf Course next door. Visiting pilots can use taxiway golf to access. Produce a receipt for your paid round of golf for play on June 4th and pay only $3 for admission to Wings & Wheels event.

SATURDAY EVENING - Pig Roast & Turkey Buffet & Dance with open bar will follow Saturday events. Starts at 5pm with Craig McKee - comedian/magician of Unreality Magic. Dinner served at 6pm. An East Coast Swing dance lesson will be provided before Brianne de Verteuil & her Savvy 6 begin to play. Tickets available on our website.
Note: Pilots arriving in their warbirds receive a free dinner ticket & 50% off for co-pilots.

SUNDAY - Public event. Farewell Breakfast & COPA for Kids which permits opportunity for youth to experience the thrill of flying. No charge but donations gratefully accepted. Note: Pilots arriving in their warbirds receive FREE breakfast.

Vendors, participants entering vintage & collector vehicles or bikes and pilots registering for recurrency - please email [email protected].
Businesses offering any aviation related training or recreational air sports and pilots who wish to reserve space can also email [email protected] Please put "Register" or "More Information" as applicable in the subject line.

Up to $2 from every sale will be donated to one of the following: Neil Armstrong Scholarship Fund, NFC's School District #68 bursary, local Air Cadets to replace aged navigational supplies required for training purposes, Canadian Museum of Flight and others.
