Linda will talk about Nanaimo and the arrival of the Princess Royal in 1854. She will also provide information about the Hudson’s Bay Company in Western Canada.

From the website Past Presence, “Linda is a genealogist who has traced families in Canada, China, the United Kingdom, and the United States. She approaches her work with these questions: Who created the records? Where are they? How can we use what has survived to build our family history?”

All monthly meetings are free to our members. The Zoom session opens by 6:30 pm for a chance to visit.
