The City's "Cultural Plan for a Creative Nanaimo" has been two years in the making and many people have contributed to the conversation along the way. Nanaimo's Cultural Plan includes objectives and concrete actions to foster the creative economy, invest in the future of our community and our shared cultural assets.
On Monday, March 10, the Cultural Plan goes before Mayor and Council for approval. We're planning on showing our support and enthusiasm by gathering at Nanaimo Museum for a reception, and attending the meeting of City Council at Shaw Auditorium.

7:00 pm - Proceed to Council Meeting at Shaw Auditorium, VI Conference Centre
