What can be more enchanting? – a late summer evening, a park by the seaside, and the sound of strings playing light classical music. The Nanaimo Chamber Orchestra performs a free outdoor concert of favourites in the strings repertoire. Led by the personable Music Director, Karl Rainer, the NCO continues its tradition of playing for Nanaimoites as a wind-up to the summer season of music making.
Come one and all; bring your children, chairs, blankets, picnic goodies, sun glasses and, above all, your abiding appreciation for live music in our town. Enjoy!
