Calaveras or Sugar Skulls are beautifully decorated skulls created as offerings to the spirits, a tradition practiced for centuries in Mexico for Day of the Dead (Día de Muertos) festivities, or Hallowe’en as Nanaimoans might say.
Create your very own colourful Papier-mâché Calaveras in this class!
