Just in time for the holiday season, Nanaimo Art Gallery is hosting the first ever Pop Up Shop.

This free event showcases handmade wares from wonderful local artisans. There will also be a refreshment table, free activities throughout the day and a special window display by LURK aka Russ Morland, of Electric Umbrella Tattoo. The Pop Up Shop will take place November 28 through November 30 in Art Lab at Nanaimo Art Gallery Downtown at 150 Commercial Street.

This date also coincides with the popular downtown Nanaimo Art Walk. Hours for the Pop Up Shop are: Friday November 28 4-8pm, Saturday November 29 and Sunday, November 30 11-5pm.

Each purchase you make at the Pop Up Shop supports Nanaimo Art Gallery programs.
