This exploratory, hands-on workshop is inspired by the current Gallery exhibition, Rhythmically Repeated: Alistair Bell, new acquisitions. Featuring a child-oriented exhibition tour, where we will learn new and interdisciplinary ways of experiencing art. Choose your favourite from Bell�s drawings, watercolours, intaglio and woodcut prints, and create your own original Gallery-inspired artwork!
Nanaimo Art Gallery offers unique art classes and activities for children,
ages 5-11 on Saturdays from 10:30am until noon. A fantastic opportunity to engage and inspire young artists!
$10.00 per child, or $15.00 for two siblings. All art supplies are included.
* Let us know if you have a LEAP card: your child may be eligible for a bursary
Classes are held at the Downtown location, 150 Commercial Street.
