This multiple national award-winning Vancouver-based pianist will bring us a program that features Five Bagatelles by the Australian composer, Carl Vine, as well as works by Schumann and Brahms.

Avan Yu, piano
We are excited to once again check in on the stellar career progress of one of the world's finest young concert pianists, currently based in Paris and Berlin. Stephanie Bell, flute Irene Setiawan, piano
These two superb and increasingly in-demand young Vancouver chamber musicians and teachers will perform works by Schubert, Bach, Poulenc, and Griffes.
April 2:
Soile Stratkauskas, baroque flute Michael Jarvis, harpsichord
Finnish-born Soile Stratkauskas earned her Master’s Degree with distinction at the Royal Academy of Music in London and has played with many prominent period instrument orchestras in the UK. Michael Jarvis has been acclaimed as one of Canada’s finest harpsichordists and has performed with leading orchestras and chamber ensembles throughout Canada, the US and Europe. Today's program will include works by Bach, Handel, Telemann and Purcell.
April 9:
The Bill Runge Quartet
Don't miss this long-time, first-call pillar of the Vancouver jazz scene. Bill has been a successful performer, composer, arranger, and orchestrator for over 30 years. His saxophone style amalgamates the influences of John Coltrane, Wayne Shorter, Michael Brecker, and Steve Grossman with his own compositional approach… a modern player, firmly rooted in jazz tradition.
