The Oak Bay Beach Hotel is thrilled to once again welcome back a long standing tradition of big screen releases to the community through our regularly scheduled Tuesday movie nights in the David Foster Foundation Theatre.

With the new release of The Great Gatsby we decided to pay tribute to the collection of fast-paced, artisticly creative, and musically rich film�s from award-winning director Baz Luhrmann. Enjoy epic love stories, splashy set designs, hollywoods biggest stars and uniquely memorable movies amongst friends starting at 6:15pm.

Have your choice of mini pulled-pork sliders or mini fish & chips, house-made buttered popcorn and ice cream pie for dessert. Purchase one of our micro-brews, fine wines or favourite libations, sit back in our movie chair seats and enjoy The Great Gatsby on our big screen, amongst friends for $24 per person + tax.

Would-be writer Nick Carraway (Tobey Maguire) leaves the Midwest and comes to New York City in the spring of 1922, an era of loosening morals, glittering jazz, bootleg kings, and sky-rocketing stocks.
