Join us for our March Movie Night at the Market featuring "Rain Man".
Rain Man won 4 Academy Awards, and is celebrating it's 30th Anniversary this year.
When car dealer Charlie Babbitt (Tom Cruise) learns that his estranged father has died, he returns home to Cincinnati, where he discovers that he has an autistic older brother named Raymond (Dustin Hoffman) and that his father's $3 million fortune is being left to the mental institution in which Raymond lives. Motivated by his father's money, Charlie checks Raymond out of the facility in order to return with him to Los Angeles. The brothers' cross-country trip ends up changing both their lives.
Movie Night at the Market is FREE of charge! We just ask that you make a donation of any amount to Threshold Housing Society. Come early to have some dinner from the Market vendors, and get your spot! Our regular Market chairs will be available, but we encourage you to bring your own camping chair, fold up chair, etc....as we do have a limited number of seats available!! We'll also be selling bags of Kernels Popcorn for only $2 per bag! Looking forward to seeing you all there!
