In this 'mockumentary', a wannabe documentary filmmaker who has had his car towed for the umpteenth time, sets out to film a scathing exposé of the corrupt institution of parking enforcement. You've got to love this classic about the people we all love to hate, the conscientious enforcement officer played perfectly here by Fred Ewanuick (better known as Hank on Corner Gas). Complete with conniving filmmaker (Dov Tiefenbach), and a loveable Québécois tow truck driver, this is a BC-made treat.
